Returns policy

For your peace of mind and in compliance with the distance selling laws, Refunds will be made as soon as possible but within 30 days from the day we receive goods back to warehouse. We will only accept returns, which are brand new and unused still in original packaging. You much inform us in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods. If  item is damaged in anyway we will arrange collection and replacment.

 We will not accept returns if the item is used, unless found to be faulty. In the event of a fault you must first contact us at york furniture company by phone or e-mail within 7 days.  

 If you want to return the goods due to item been unsuitable the cost of returns  shall be borne by you the customer. All returns should be insured against courier damage i.e recorded delivery. You are responsible for the safekeeping of the item until we receive it back to warehouse. All returns must be packaged in their original packaging to avoid damage. Once the item has been checked we will then issue a refund.

Please contact us before sending anything back.  Please note that we cannot accept anything back to our offices, so you must contact us for return address details.

Only the product cost is refunded back to the customer.
